Common

• Fixed an issue where the Select All/Unselect All functionality did not work correctly in the print dialog and similar interfaces.

Circuit Designer

• Fixed an issue where placing and annotating components imported from UL or Samacsys resulted in unexpected attribute differences (UseBottomFootprint).

PCB Designer

• Fixed an issue where a footprint could become deformed if it was flipped during movement.
• Fixed an issue where components placed in V10 did not operate correctly under certain conditions.
