• Fixed an issue where the ability to control version upgrading was not working properly in v10.9.0 or later.

Circuit Designer

• Fixed an issue where displaying a port in net color would change the port address to the same color as the port name.
• Fixed an issue where references could not be rotated under certain circumstances.

PCB Designer

• Fixed an issue where the items in a BOM file were not grouped by PlacementSide.
